VCC for withdrawal from German PayPal

Hello
I have some German PayPal accounts with different balances
Previously I used Wise VCC for withdrawal from PayPal but this option is no longer available in Germany. Revolut and Icard don't work for me as well
Could somebody advise similar service which provides VCC (unlimited, disposable or replaceable ones would be great)

yes, they do allow mismatching name and address
but at the same moment they could close your account without any explanation

About the VCC best advice I can give you is to check the forum's marketplace and see if there are sellers for it.

VCC is likely a good option OP - speak to sellers in the marketplace perhaps

Forget VCC
Use the alternative to VCC.

Many cards are currently closed for withdrawal in Germany, and the more you use them, the faster PayPal will close all loopholes.
Alternative to use bank or real card
It is possible that other European vcc will work, but I do not think that this will last long.

I know AMZN frowns on VCC,even its own vcc.
Does it have anything to do with buying from sellers who steal other people's cc number to buy VCC,sell them at a discount quickly.
Then the owner of that card found out when he receives his monthly statement and file chargeback.??
Some of the discount is just too good to be true,like 40%
