1099 K for suspended account?

Hello,

My question is my sales this year was around 30k$ and 450 orders. But my account got suspended. In this case will I receive 1099 form the next year by 31 Jan, 2024.

I will still report income myself to IRS. But just wanted to be sure.

Understand. As Iam non US citizen I fill W8-BEN on Amazon. But I have LLC in the USA. I realized that I didnt put my LLC information on my amazon store and that means I wont receive 1099k.

In this case should I still report my sales to IRS as IRS wont receive form 1099 from my Amazon store.

Yea, you'll still get that 1099 and have to file it.

I think any information that the IRS receives from you will be greatly received so they can tax you on it.
