ebay Download inventory to upload new variations

Good morning,

I have a few ebay accounts and all par one I can download the inventory to upload new variations on my listings.

I maybe really thick with my pregnant baby brain - but - it is NOT downloading the variations, such as 32 or 45 types of products I am selling....

The column E is missing.

Can please someone give me some words of wisdom? Got all my stock sitting here and cannot increase my varaitions.

Whilst I cannot answer your question with regards to flat file updates, wouldn't it be easier and simpler to simply do it via seller central listing updates?

Sometimes fighting the system is more time consuming than simply taking the easiest route, even if it's not your preferred option.
