Filing for Taxes for a Ebay Stealth Account that's not under my name

Hello everyone,

I hope someone over here can help answer this question. I purchased an eBay Stealth account few days ago but now I'm wondering how I'm going to file for taxes because the name, address and the SSN is not mine?

I do have a LLC, do you think if I add that person as a member of my LLC I won't have any Issues?

I hope someone can help me with this. Thank you!!

do you plan to sell a lot with that account?
1099 goes by SSN,one copy goes to the person,another goes to IRS,IRS will add your sales figures to his account.and expects him to add to his gross income.
Do you know that person?you should ask whoever sold you the account.
if he owes IRS $$,with Paypal,IRS would seize $$ from your Paypal account,not sure how it do same with MP.
Adding his SSN to your LLC ???WOULD NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM

I do plan on selling a lot with the the account. I personally don’t know the person and the guy who sold me the accounts is from Thailand so I’m 100% sure that they don’t know the person. The account is already verified and aged. They didn’t use a PayPal account for payment method and liked an actual bank account.

I’m so worried about this I don’t know what to do

if he is from Thailand,he probably stole the SSN or it belongs to someone who has left USA,these days many foreign national return to their own country as they did not found our streets to be paved with gold.
You should be able to decipher from the SSN number some thing about the person like age,I dont know how you can find out more,may be his name and address?
what do you mean aged and verified and whose bank account is linked to it?

did he give you a name which agrees with the SSN and birthdays,then you can google to see who is that person?

seller cannot accept payment via Paypal anymore on EBay,it has to be MP.

Yup the guy gave me her name, DOB, address, and SSN, I did google this person and it seems like the address might not be correct because I found out someone with a very similar name lives 3 hours away from the address what was provided to me and its a 48 year old lady. I'm certain he stole her identity.

The bank account seems legist, its called STASH, and it also connected with MP.

How do people buy stealth accounts here and do their taxes? I just don't get it

may be their stealth account is based in Rwanda or Bongoland,where you dont have to worry about tax

You should try to contact your account seller for this.

This is why we always tell people to stick to the marketplace sellers for everything
