 Getting error 5461 on dropshipping account
Hello,
I have a brand I got from a china marketplace. I have not registered it with brand registry or trademarked it yet as I feel it might be a waste of money for a dropshipping account that could go dead at any point. Is this error some sort of major restriction that could cause a review? Can I just get another brand and continue listing? I list 1000s of the same type of product but different designs without UPCs so I need the ASINs as far as I can tell the items are not on or extremely hard to find on amazon. Anyone have an experience with the brand application? Seems they just want real world photos of the item in and out of package with the brand name only?
