I used VCC a few times a few years ago, but never noticed who got these VCCs from the bank? Can everyone generate vcc from the bank and sell it to others? If I want to sell VCCs, how should I get them from the bank?

I used to get them from a merchant bank where I had a corporate account and could make as many as I wanted and fund them. The name of this bank I will not share as it took me a while to find it.

good luck OP - with research, you might be able to find one - the corporate status offers a lot of benefits indeed...
