Default I placed an order but my account has been suspended
hi, i paid for the order with gift card, unfortunately my stealth account has been suspended. Ebay said I would get a refund, but I paid with a gift card. Will I be able to use it for another account when I refund?

They usually do not keep track of payment details so ot should be OK to use qagain.
