And I have several stealth accounts

But everything I try to list a item I get hit with the counterfeit policy

If you are using the same photos, I would switch them. Someone might be actively trying to report you. Could be a competitor.

It's your competition reporting your listings to ebay, unfortunately it's part of the game.

That kind of explains why you are being hit, if you mention Tiffany in your listing title or use their images they will get you every time. There are companies out there working for the big brands to VERO you if you put one foot wrong.

It's just not going to go away, if they or their VeRO agents don't catch you then it will be reported by competitors and their legion of fanboys, like Rolex, who have folk who simply trawl ebay looking for counterfeits of their favourite brands, hobby and collectibles.

This kind of tat is best suited to illegal street sellers and lookie-lookie men.

Tiffany took Ebay to court for false advertising (by allowing ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Tiffany items for sale on Ebay) and lost,court said Tiffany ,not sales venue ,should monitor any such activity.
So Tiffany is active on Ebay,but Ebay also have rules on sellers selling Tiffany items.
Both can take you down if they think you are selling knockoffs,I WOULD not try relisting,you could get suspended

Do realize that Tiffany is one of the biggest luxury brand there is.

They are super aggressive and won't let go once they lock in their jaws.
