MC011 submitted ssn card instead of driver's license

I submitted ssn card instead of driver's license and got the permanent ban.

Called in like 10 times and finally was told by a US agent that it was due to my ID "not applicable".

My question is, at this point, is it worthwhile to pursue further, i.e., to have them give me an opportunity to upload a driver's license/passport? If so, by keep calling?

I think they know by now it’s a stealth account and if the SSN card was a BS one they would have checked it’s number to a name.

If you are permanently suspended then it's probably unlikely to change it. If it is a restriction you should still have another appeal available. I would suggest responding to the same email that restricted you via eBay messages which directly goes to the backend team. Explain you did not know SSN was not acceptable, it was an honest mistake and you have the required ID they were asking.

It could be worth the effort to get another chance for id submission - also get backup accounts going
