new Stealth account got banned somehow

so I made a stealth account using a smarty sim, ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address, and a monzo bank account, I used my Iphone to create a hotspot for my laptop to go onto the stealth account everything was fine when the account was one week old I made a listing of some trousers then my account got restricted and was told to let ebay call me I did and they said my account is permanently banned. what did I do wrong?

Is this an Etsy account or eBay, you have listed in the Etsy category but men eBay. Make my mind up for me please.
