ebay will take the fee through their managed payment.

you don't need to use a card to pay.

There are some features when listing an item which will cost you,so Ebay will make you pay whether you sell anything or not.
I would say they will charge your credit card .

it seems like OP wants to make purchases of products via gift card - that can be done fairly easily...what is your issue OP?
