No proxy, it is not showing location but it indicate the correct device and service provider, I have opened a ticket but they refuse to give me explanation on what happened, it’s the first time it happens..
All I can think of is that you have the Etsy account in another country to the one you are in and the IP address you are accessing the account is showing out of country, by confirming it was you to Etsy probably prompted the suspension which will be permanent.

It must have the location can check for example to the site whatismypaddress it will show the current IP with the position
