Running Etsy stores from different country

Does anyone know if Etsy has a problem with you running stores out of your native country ?

For example store is built in UK and I later decide I want to live abroad can I run the stores from there or will it be a problem ?

and where would buyer return the item to?

Yes, there is a problem if you access your account with multiple IPs you will face suspension. For the safe side before accessing the account, contact support and discuss your condition. Or, you can update your bank account with the same credentials. But, before updating you should inform Etsy support.

Yes can run from different countries as long the IP will show the correct location of the acc

They'll flag the account most likely thinking that someone hacked you.

So you can use a Residential IP or VPN that corresponds with the account's country while you're abroad.

Or tel them that you moved and they'll update the account

It would be safe to get a Residential IP address or I have used Remote Desktop access from a computer running in the country where I have had accounts.

I have used Etsy successfully with VPN for a long time, you don't need Residential IP or Teamviewer or anything like that.
