eBay Insider needed - temporary reinstatement is OK as well!
Hello guys!
A fresh newbie here looking for help from the experts 😁
My ebay account has been restricted (MC011) for one month now. I have some $$$ left there, and at this point am just so done with eBay that I want to get the $$ to my account and never deal with them again. For that, I need the account to be reinstated. As I am not planning on using it in the future, even a few days of reinstatement (before it gets suspended/blocked again) to transfer the money to my account will be good enough.
Would you be able to share with me someone, who was able to do a similar thing for you, please? Obviously the cheaper the better!
Thank you everyone so so much in advance! 🙏
P.S Here is the message from EBAY: (the other account they are referring to is permanently suspended though, and thus cannot be reinstated whatsoever)
After a thorough review of the account, we show that your account was restricted or suspended because you have a previous account that's still suspended, or you're allowing a suspended member to use your account.
Your account was found to be linked by similar contact information and / or financial information and / or account behavior to:
XXXXXX
After completing our additional review, eBay has decided to uphold its previous request for the resolution of the above related suspended account and have determined that the link between the two accounts is sufficient. When we suspended your original account, we sent you an email letting you know not to create a new account or use another member's account. eBay reserves the right to suspend existing accounts as well as new accounts opened by anyone in the same household of a suspended user or by any other associates of a suspended user. However, we know you may not be aware of all eBay policies, and we want to work with you to avoid any misunderstandings.
If you would like to have the account considered for reinstatement, then we require that you proceed with the appeals process as previously outlined. We fully understand if you would not like to follow through with your appeal. However, if you decide to not resolve your related account, your account will remain in the blocked status that it is currently in. We take your concerns seriously, and we look forward to working together with you to review your account further but only once the original account is in good standing.
