Default Shop infringement warning

Hello,

I've had my shop for 3 years. In the first year, I got 7 infringements. I read in the forum that after 7 warnings, you may get final warning and your shop might get closed. So, I didn't list any new items for the past 2 years, and I didn't get any infringement.

Now, I want to start listing again. I'm thinking about opening a new shop and closing the old one because I heard the warnings don't carry over to the new shop, or maybe they reset after 2 years. Should I keep using the same shop cautiously?
Any suggestions will be very helpful
Thanks!

I believe creating steal is not possible, but I can use my friend's information to create one. However, this would create a headache when filing taxes

I think using the existing account cautiously would be the easiest action as you would have to do the same thing wit a new store and if you have some good feedback you will benefit from it when you start selling again.

But he is already dealing with infringements so the account is compromised already - risky...

Infringements do timeout are are not permanent so after 2 years it would be easier to pick up from they left off.

I do have 500+ 5-star reviews on my old store. I would want to continue with my old store, but I'm afraid that if my shop gets shut down even with 1 or 2 infringements, that would be really bad.

If the infringements reset after 2 years, that would be great, and I can continue. Alternatively, if by opening a new store, the old infringements don't carry over, and I get a clean slate, that would also be great. I'm just confused about what to do at this point and looking for some advice on the best course of action. Can you suggest which would be the better option based on your previous experience?

2 years without further infringements - that's good to know - just have to hope for no further ones
