Few questions about new account

Hello.

Need to get back on ebay. I've spent a lot of time researching stealth in the past but I'm unsure of a couple of things.

My main question is how does ebay verify identity/address? I live at a different address to the one that was banned but my bank, driving licence etc is still registered at the banned address.

Also I see some conflicting information about this, that eBay won't match my name or dob with the banned accounts? My surname is very very uncommon. It's OK to use same name and dob?

Also is using the same bank but a different account okay or will the sort code flag anything?

Thanks really appreciate any help from anyone who can answer this as I'm struggling to find this info anywhere.

For this question, you can use the same bank but different new account will not cause issues.

Will my name and dob be blacklisted?

i see that you have a few posts around the forum with the same question - name and dob might cause issues because the chance of the name having the same dob is low so that's an easy link.

best to learn stealth and go that way
