Did you verify the email address when you made the account?

If you had then you should have the option to receive a verification code via email.

If that option isn't there then the email will not be verified and so your only option will be to call in.

i had verify the email,but today when i login the account ,them need the sms verification code,donot have the email chooese,the account is 6 mon old

can you go into old e-mails from eb in your email account and try to find the original link of registration way back?

You will need to ring eBay and add in a new number to the account
