Et$y Stealth - which bank/fintech in the UK for non-residents

I would like to open a Stealth account in the UK, is there any bank/fintech that works well with etsy that will not require proof of address in the UK? I live in the EU As far as I know, Revolut and Wise are known for freezing funds, what does it look like for others? Maybe Monese?
