bank account in the UK for a European

In which bank can I open a UK bank account if I live in the EU? Of course, it must be a bank that accepts mismatched names (Etsy)
Anyone able to help?
From what I have read, banks in the UK mostly require proof of address

i don't think it will works,etsy suspended uk etsy account with miss match names,only street's banks can work
