A new account with the same name, lastname and date of birth - will etsy allow it?

Hi!
I'm thinking of trying to open an account with my real data, i.e. name and last name and date of birth (I was banned earlier), but all the details will be different, along with the Creative ID, do you think that Etsy will accept matching name and surname with date of birth? In fact, he was a completely different person then, but what does Etsy say about that?

I will also use the antidetect browser and a new IP - just like I have done with Stealth accounts so far.

I am forced to do this by the new EU Directive DAC7 - I want to maintain tax compliance because etsy will report sales for 2023 if we achieve more than 30 transactions or EUR 2,000, and I make 30 transactions in one day...
