When ends eBay Christmas ban ?

How long vacation can take ?

Now since 20.11 every account gets suspended.
All accounts created before that date all good.

Not all but a lot yes. It's always hardest from end of nov to mid January. Happens every year

If you have proper credentials they will still ban you, but you have a better chance when you reapply to get through using same details.

Can be will into February, you can still makes accounts now, just not quite as easy

If your banned immediately you can use the same credentials to apply, if you have had an account that sold for a while and then suspended you can not us those credentials.

you can reuse details as this is not a policy suspension , with a policy suspension the question would be which policy but these risk to community bans are just random

You can never know for sure, but I'd say near end of January usually.
