Help with instant payout via debit card

Any advice or insight on which debit card or how to proceed with instant payout via debit card on my permanently suspended eBay account. The debit card payout feature just recently appeared on my account after 2 years of zero activity and suspension. So basically this is my only shot at receiving my available funds on this stealth account. Which debit card can I use for payouts that will allow for stealth details

I suspect you will never be allowed to use this feature to retrieve funds on a suspended account. My guess is it is an automated feature but you will not survive the security checks if you attempt to use it

I hope your bank is a mainstream bank like Chase... try that deb it card
