Etsy stealth international Ukraine account?

Does anybody have any etsy ukraine account and has created payoneer? The new direct checkout requirement is requiring to have payoneer so the payment can come thru direct checkout. Payoneer requires ID and since it is a stealth account im unsure on how payoneer would work. Can somebody please help.

you think right, the problem is to bypass verification in payoneer, and as long as there are sellers of etsy accounts on aspkin, no one will share it, a Ukrainian account connected to payoneer is definitely a game changer when it comes to anonymity

Ukrainian accounts are allowed but i believe that they are limited to payoneer only. What's the problem?
