US accounts still for sale?

Anyone here still selling US ebay accounts or did managed payments put a squash to that? (didn't see any US accounts mentioned in marketplace) Also, any good providers for ebay buyer accounts?

I'd say you need to research how to make your own. There is good info on this site. I feel purchasing them is pointless, as you waste time building it only to be suspended later once you try to change the account details. Better off to start your own from scratch.
