Is it worth it to buy the Stealth Ebook as a german resident

Hello ive had alot of Problems in the past with Ebay in the past so im very interested in purchasing the Ebay Stealth Book.
However im concerned that it doesn't have answers to the issues im looking for, as account creation is quite different here compared to the Us.
For example you will have to provide an Id after 300-700€ in earnings,
you will also get asked for your tax certificate after 2000€.
Another Problem is that they will verify if the bank Account you provided for payouts matches with the name of your Ebay account.

Id be pleased to know that the book provides workarounds for these Problems
so I don't waste my Money.
