Default CC payment disputes. Which can we win?

I know in the past when Ive had disputes ive filed against me, ive won some and lost others. The tracking ones I think ive won especially when tracking shows delivered. But I know that most of them you really have no shot of winning and should just accept the dispute

How about ones where the buyer did not recognize the transaction? Can we win those? Should we challenge them? Or just accept them

if you can provide tracking that shows delivery ebay will usually not ask you to send a refund but in this case it is still likely they refund the buyer

without tracking you will always lose

on the buyer's side: the only fire sure way to win is to file as unauthorized

so you block your card , report it as stolen , file as unauthorized , even if the seller can provide tracking you will still win , even if tracking should show a photo of you taking the packet

For seller
you must prove you ship to the address given,it does not have to be delivered, but it must show you have shipped ,best is to print the shipping label on Ebay .
For buyer,
if IP shows the transaction originated from your device ,whether it is you or someone who has access to your device/ebay account,it is not UA.
But Ebay seller and buyer protection is only good for 30 days.
If buyer lies about UA,he could lose his buying privilege on Ebay
on ebay and amazon you can open as many buyer accounts as you like , stealth will continue working there indefinitely , only issue would be delivery addresses which would need to be changed if you get taken down

The only chargebacks I'm aware of that you can lose are "Item not as described" disputes. Otherwise everything else you should ALWAYS win, or eBay will at least offer you protection with the assumption you have valid tracking to the buyers address.

If a client does not recognize the transaction, you can try it. I have won many cases with those types of problems.

if you understand where the buyer can win you will understand where the seller can lose or win

the answer has already been given , if the buyer does not recognize the transaction it should be challenged as long as the seller can provide tracking recognized by ebay , in these cases the seller has a real chance to avoid a refund
