Default DAC7 EU Tax Transparency report

Hi folks,
I received an email "Your 2023 Platform Tax Transparency report has been submitted to the German tax authorities"
It's a stealth acc. When i received the message that i have more than 30 sales / 2000 Euro in a year and i need to fill my tax information i choose "I don't have Tax ID number".
I don't know what to expect from now on. Does anyone has the same situation?

this means you sell on ebay germany and at some point the german tax authorities may check through databases if VAT for these sales was paid

if they notice it was not paid the ebay account may be suspended , even if it is stealth they will still expect that they find these details in their system so that it would be better to register for tax there , they don't care if the details are real

germany is by far the strictest country on taxes , I once had an amazon account suspended on orders of the german finanzamt and the entire balance was gone

So, if you are EU citizen, but don't sell anything thru .de website there will be no DAC7 tax report?
The taxes cannot be paid, because it's stealth, there is no such person.

I think this is nothing to do with selling in .de.
The sales sum in the report include all my sales in .de and .com as well.

"The Platform Tax Transparency Act (PStTG) is the German implementation of a
European Union (EU) directive known as DAC7 that requires operators of digital
platforms, like online marketplaces such as eBay, to report transaction data of its users
to tax authorities under certain circumstances.
You’re receiving a report because you reside in the EU and meet the criteria required
by DAC7:
Your sales on eBay equal or exceed €2,000 after deducting fees and commissions
or taxes, or
You completed 30 or more selling transactions in a calendar year"

I think this is very similar to "HMRC" in UK for what i read about today.

in the future once you exceed 2000 eur all accounts will be reported where it was exceeded , this alone is not a problem yet as long as you stay below about 7000-8000 eur

What do you mean exactly? I have a private account that I have sold up to £1500 and have stopped before reaching the threshold for reporting. Are you saying we are able to sell more than this without being reported?

this was written for the EU , being reported is not such an issue comparing to what they will be confronted with close to 8000

It's an account verified with someone's ID, imo.

Ebay reports data to German tax authorities, then they allocate it to all the EU countries, including Bulgaria. Names, DOB, bank account, address, TIN or place of birth and total amount paid to the seller.

Even without a TIN provided, NRA will hunt the person down by names, DOB and bank account number. There is a bank register database in Bulgaria. You have to pay 15% tax on the turnover, not the profit and penalties. Bulgarian post also reports to NRA since 2020, no more evasion.

Tax report submitted with no TIN provided, already confirmed by Wonky.

Bulgarian NRA also collects data from all the shipping carriers like A1post, Direx and Postone. Impossible to be invisible.

The main question is do they will find you if you are stealth, because the only thing you can not "create" is the IBAN, or am i wrong?
Let me know if there is a stealth way to get your funds from the bay with stealth info.
And the other serious question is what will happens about the mismatch of the IBAN holder and the other info provided to e bay in case of tax collecting attempt.

It doesn't matter right or wrong. You've claimed twice your account is stealth. You've found a workaround to use doctored ID probably.

In regard of your previous posts you've used yours/relative real IBANs. Hiding taxes is an administrative violation, using someone's ID is a criminal act in Bulgaria by law. NRA will simply found you by IBAN holder's name via National bank accounts databe.

They are hungry for money and report numbers to manipulate public opinion, heavily corrupt institution. You should read what the declared cash on delivery figures are through Econt and Speedy. It's massive. Bulgarian Post and all the shipping carriers also report to NRA by law.

Now when its 2025 already, did you hear anything from them at all? Or that report was lost in the void.
