Can i use Vpn for my stealth account

I would not use a VPN, risk is far too high for suspension.

what's the cost of the proxy - don't go for a free VPN

The vpn is used for security surfing but they can detect also as hide real location

I do agree that sticking to the Residential IP is better, but it's mainly more important for account creation and consistency.

Using a fresh VPN for maintenance if you don't have much funds could still work.
