Just wondering whether it's possible? Looking for solutions to process IPTV payments through a front website - as PayPal is becoming increasingly difficult to keep alive.

Although Paypal is a bad option, it is definitely the best of the bad.

My experience of Wise is they are very thorough. Chances of a stealth account must be practically zero.

Wise, it's a headache even with real accounts, they request a lot of things, they ask a lot of things

even if you open stealth it is too risky since your funds may be frozen anytime
