Activity: 9% Longevity: 60% | | Does anyone succeeded withdraw from PayPal to Citibank (Issued by Payoneer)
Hi guys,
So i had no issues withdraw my funds to FCB that is issued by Payoneer, however, they are not longer providing this bank and the only option is Citibank.
Unfortunately it does not let me add Citibank. Anyone have any solution?
2) Anyone know how can I withdraw from limited PP to a random US Bank (Just like I mentioned above such as FCB).
Will be grateful if anyone have any solution.
Thanks!

You should be able to withdraw to practically any mainstream bank in USA.
Even citibank should work.
What's the error message?

In this case I recommend you make a call to Paypal and customer service will be able to help you with it.

What's the error message? | This Citibank is Virtual Bank by Payoneer.
I used to withdraw using First Century Bank (issued by Payoneer).
However, they no longer issue this bank since last week.
When I am trying to attach it, it gives me an error that this bank does not exist/Format is wrong (Which is not). When reaching to PayPal they say you can't link Payoneer banks etc.
I am curious if there's a solution to get bulk Bank (US accounts) or another method to withdraw these funds.
Also VCC that accept withdrawal would work

Thing is this: I own few hundreds of accounts that I created myself back then between 2013-2017
These accounts have sales history, lots of them (And still about 10-15 new accounts every month), are getting limited for selling very high risk items (Digital). Usually with 10k-50k$ each.
I used to withdraw using Payoneer after 180 days, this option is not longer available as they stopped issuing the banks that are working with PP.
Opening physical banks in US under my name, not an option as well (Need hundreds of Banks for the future as well).
I am curious what are my options or if anyone have any method (I can withdraw to Debit cards as well).

It can be linked for two or three days only and they’ll remove it i think it’s enough time to withdraw your remaining funds

one other idea OP is - still a risk - but reach out to wise trusted members located in the USA and see if they can help with some cashing out.
Fees will likely be involved, etc

Thanks! | Is your Paypal account a US account or Israeli account?
You should be able to link a US bank account,if you are getting an error ,it could be the routing number you entered?
what is the routing number your have tried?

Same situation funds available after 6months but can’t withdraw that Citibank is the worst since PayPal doesn’t even recognize it as a bank,I tried calling them they told me I can now add the bank not the Citibank though the other one but still didn’t go through I was told I should try again later but after the call it now tells me to try using a browser I frequently used for the account turns out payoneer no longer works with PayPal
