How to tackle vero strikes?

So, vero strikes for copyright/trademark infringement have hit me twice now for the same product.

There's no wording or pictures showing the so called brand name that's reported the listing to ebay.

How to tackle this?

not much more advice can be given on the thread without knowing more about the item being taken down - or at the very least, the category

I think the most important thing is not what it sells, the most important thing is the frequency of VeRo limitations.

on the eb platform, yes - but for forum discussion, targeted advice can't really be given without more specifics - up to the OP

When you call them, they will ask you to send a sales authorization for that product and invoices that respond to this.
