Here is answer from ebay why they may restric your account with “ please reactivate your account “

“ We may use artificial intelligence or Al-powered tools and products to provide and improve our Services, to offer you a customized and personalized experience, to provide you with enhanced customer service, and to support fraud detection; availability and accuracy of these tools are not guaranteed.”

This can be read also in new user policy which will take in action from 26 July.

So basicaly eBay is testing their AI on your money. Maybe they will ban you maybe not.
