"processing" after 6 months and help with 170d manual funds release
So I've finally reached over 170d on a few of my "first batch" accounts which got struck down. I have a few of them in different stages of verification. I know I need to speak to the MP dept for a manual release of funds but my problem is regardless of account level of verification, so far every agent is either thick as a monkey (sorry monkeys), or playing thick to get me off the phone.
I keep being "told suspended accounts never get payouts" at which point I quickly lose my temper realising how little awareness they have on their own MP policies for suspended accounts, (60 days, 90 days, 170d etc).
The trust and safety team are all aware of this policy but none of them have the power to submit a manual back office request for a payout.
Could someone with previous experience on this please help with anything I'm missing?
I also have a problem with some payments "processing" even after 6 months so this money isn't even available in my funds, does anyone know anything about this?
