Right now we are not able to transfer your funds - PayPal

Hello mates. I have problem with withdrawing my funds from PayPal.

My credit card expired, so I added again New Card (From same Bank). PayPal send 0.00$ to confirm it.

I have 3273$ on Available Balance. I tried to withdraw it to my CC (Euro currency)
but they didnt let me to transfer it. I was trying to get whole sum and the fee was 4 euros, they didnt let me to withdraw it: "You are trying to transfer more then the maximum allowed.
Try a amaller amount". I tried maybe 5-7 times and same error occures. I contacted the support and they told me that I cannot transfer all because of the 4 euro fee.

So I tried to withdraw 3265$, 3250, 3200, 3000$, 2000$, 1000$ and the New error occures:

I tried many times but same thing happens all the time. Maybe I was trying to transfer it too many times and they are blocking it now?

Before everything was okay. Transfers were done normally. I dont have any cases in Resolution hub, no nothing.

Contacted them but they are not answering yet.

Has anyone encountered same problem? Have any advice?

PayPal support likely put a “hold” on your account after you called them they are known for doing that nowadays you would have to wait some days without doing anything before you could withdraw

I did not call them, i just contacted them via Chat and they are slow as f**k.

What to do now?

Will I be able to withdraw my money at all?

withdrawing to a credit card, which one ?Visa or MA and who is the issuer

Yes, it's a soft hold, if you tried too many times the hold becomes 24h, then you kept tryiing it becomes longer.

Wait a day or 2, try again once but try only a small amount like $100 to test.

We've already tried to override the system so that we can somehow let it know that there's no risk with your withdrawal. However, it appears that it won't be enough so we can only wait and try it again after 72 hours.

It should work because there's no restriction on your account that could prevent you from withdrawing your funds. Just make sure to only attempt withdrawing the funds after 72 hours from your last attempt.

If not, let us know that way we can check further.

Do you think adding a new credit card is your problem?
Just curious,you are in Bosnia,is your Paypal account registered in Bosnia,and who issued your credit card?
Paypal used to have problem with Eastern European banks and it has to go thru VISA Europe ,cant recall all the details?
is your fund 3273 in US dollars or Euro $

You have to wait 3 to 7 days without opening your PayPal account and trying to withdraw the balance over time.
Little by little 100 - 300 - 500. and so on so that you don't have problems. You couldn't do it all in one go, so now PayPal has its sights on you.

I never had problems before. Withdrawals were Normal.. I contacted support, my account is fine, no holds no nothing. They said to wait 72 hours

I had that several times , paypal do not allow to withdraw to a brandnew card immediately , in my case it took several weeks until it allowed withdrawal

I dont think it is possible to transfer fund to a credit card in US.
We can transfer to a bank account or a bank issued debit card or ask for a check
Also sellers often do not realise that you may see the fund in your Paypal account as soon as someone sent or bought from you,the fund is actually an advance from PAYPAL,it would take at least 24 hours for Paypal to collect the fund as most pay with their credit cards.

It is Bank Issued Visa Credit card, used to withdraw on it every single time.

They didn't let me to withdraw whole amout at once, so I withdrawed first 2000 and then the rest lol...
