Default PayPal limited straight away.. again

Looks like we are back to PayPal limiting accounts straight away / first payment. Asking for photo ID. Device linking again. New user account and browser not working anymore.

If you created the PayPal account with the same phone number, the same IP, the same browser, and the same PC account, they will link you and ask for everything.

The best thing to do with PayPal is to create it and rest for 1 week.

Yes all new. New user account, new browser, new email, ip, phone etc still the same. Before this I could make 5+ PayPal's a day and use for payments etc on the same laptop now just hit a brick wall. I know this happened last year maybe PayPal block this every so often?

Are you using incognito mode?

Are all the e-mail domain the same? i.e. gmail or yahoo or...?

Are you creating on phone or on laptop?

Tried phones and laptops with new user account. Still the same. Different email domains tried, never use incognito mode, just regular Firefox and my method has worked for 1000s of accounts until the other day. This happened before last year.

Normally I create accounts from different numbers that I have never used on eBay and they work for me.
I have also tried using the same number (never limited on PayPal or any suspended account linked to that number)
Different email same number and it also works for me.

but sometimes your case happens to me.
I think it is seasonal
