I recently ordered a SimonGiftAccount and loaded $56 in it and they want me to call them back to verify me before they release the funds. Anyone else are having these problems? Is there something wrong?

Nah, I think I had this issue with them my first one or two cards I bought.

Call them up, they'll verify you are who you say you are, and then they'll release the funds. Nothing to worry about, just a verification call.
