EU/UK business account needs to withdraw

Dear All, I have a couple of accounts that needs to withdraw to somewhere. I understand that this is somehow volatile, as VCC and IBANs previously used are no longer accepted. And business accounts only withdraw to bank accounts. Revolut, Icards, other financial apps etc are useless now. Apparently also Wise IBANs are not good anymore. Can anyone recommend what works now? I had a Wise account shut down by Wise itself as soon as I tried to link it to a personal PP account, maybe because PP account owner and Wise owner were 2 different people.
Any thoughts?

OP flag is Thailand,is his Paypal account a Thai account?
Have you tried withdrawing to a debit card ?
Some credit cards would also accept deposit

I believe Thailand is Payoneer only.
