Anyone having issues lately with paypal checkout

anyone having issues with paypal of late this month, seems like i cant make any payment via paypal atm.... keep getting error message, try another payment method in red...


advisors say its security stopping it, and i should wait 72hrs but 72 hours or a week later, still the same issue... ill be grateful if anyone has a solution to this

its never happened to any of the paypal accounts i create, usually can make big payments off new pps same day.....something must be happening xmas period

at first i was making payment via the card linked to the paypal....fully veririfed and all.... yet no luck...gave error message


so i transferred funds from bank account to the paypal balance....its in the balance....clicked check out with paypal and logged into paypal...still same error message, try another payment method..

that cant be normal

in PP itself are you using the balance / CC / bank to pay?

first card linked inside the paypal...fully verified....worked once hasnt worked for like two weeks every attempt

then transferred funds into paypal balance to see if itll work directly from the balance....still same error messsge but paypal saying no issues with my account..reallly frustrating as they telling me to just send funds back to card and pay directly from card...

a payment processing merchant asking you to send funds elsewhere
