On Jan 07, 2024, we will automatically send all of your current balance to your bank account as part of our regular process.
Until that date, you are still able to use your current balance to:
Treat yourself by shopping for the things you love on eBay by simply selecting balance at checkout.
Easily pay for delivery labels, promote your listings, and cover other selling needs.
If you still have eBay Balance by Jan 07, 2024 we will initiate a payout and notify you by email.
As a reminder, if you don’t use or withdraw your balance, we’ll automatically send your available balance to your bank account on the first Tuesday of every January, April, July and October.

paypal was doing it when it belonged to them , now MP will be transformed into new paypal and will be doing exactly the same

Out of interest, do you think it is right for ebay and paypal to seize money that isn't theirs, especially if the items are delivered and the customer was happy? If it isn't, it wasn't an anti ebay rant! Rather your sycophantic tugging of your forelock to your corporate superiors to distract from the truth.

paypal math is simple , in order to make $10K profit they need to process a turnover of about $200K taking significant risks

by freezing $10K they have zero risk , here and there they may be taken to court but overall the money stays theirs
