Which bank statement to give to ebay for IBAN from payoneer

Added EU IBAN from Payoneer for European ebay account. Ebay accepted the IBAN, however they are requesting to submit a bank document. I can download one from payoneer, BUT it clearly says it's from Payoneer. Anyone did this before? Everything is with my own personal details.

Well they say they can't verify the information I provided and to submit a statement. Bank is Bank Circle, LU iban. Payoneer provides proof of ownership, but I am hesitant to provide this. You have any experience with this?

What are virtual bank accounts?

If your account has zero balance,the $$ is in a single physical account of the same bank registered under Payoneer name,then it is up to Payoneer if it will release your fund,if for some reason it will not or cannot,then Ebay is **** out of luck.

It is, but is it ok to give them the proof of account provided by Payoneer? It reads "payoneer" all over the document and there is even a logo. The Iban start with LU, Banking Circle

So Banking Circle provides only VIBAN. Is the document provided by payoneer for account ownership enough to prove the iban is mine? Will ebay block when they see payoneer on the document?

Which EU country allow Payoneer?

Payoneer eBay parther, they should accept invoice.

in this case it would be wise to remove payoneer and add a real bank

later you can re-add payoneer and see if it happens again

if it does you will have to either drop payoneer or send the actual payoneer statement

there is no point to edit it as banking circle is not a bank where people can open an individual account
