Idk because I bought from ipburger before and they said no setup for iPad but they have a method for iPad setup so not sure if they know what they talking about.

Sounds very vague - there should be an iPad setup at play...better speak to support service for setup

I have an Ipad and Ipburger, if I recall, there's a VPN option in settings.

I haven't tried it though.
