Linking bank account to stealth ebays

I have a question regarding linking bank account to ebay accounts for payouts. Does this bank account have to be in the same name as the ebay and if so are people creating ⊗⊗⊗⊗ docs to open up these banks?

EH? no one can open a bank account like that.

I have bought the guide and I've followed it mostly but says about linking paypal to ebay but I understand now ebay and paypal parted ways before so I'm wondering about if I can just link a bank on my personal information that I have or will that flag the ebay and get it banned?
