Linking ebay to bonanza

Curious if anyone know if linking an old bonanza account to a new ebay will cause the a link to the old banned ebay account it was once linked too. I was thinking of going back to bonanza to see how the traffic is(I know it's always been trash but that sweet instant payment with lower fees is always a plus) but they now charge a 14.99 fee for a new account.

I'm just gonna guess here, I'd say Bonanza is like auctiva where you can link your accounts to safely , unless eBay owns Bonanza?
