I read you can attach same bank account to 3 different PP accounts?

Found answer: it's 3 diff PP accounts over a lifetime (bank a/c must be deleted from PP first before adding to another), not at same time

Paypal never remove anything,you may delete your Paypal account or your bank account,it still saves them.
Yes,you cannot link the same bank account to more than one Paypal account,same goes with credit card.
