MC081 Suspensions on 50% of all new accounts within minutes

Hi All,

Would really appreciate some help on this, my usual account creation method of the last few years doesn't seem to be working. I get this unusual MC081 within minutes of creating the account, on one of them it happened before I even managed to register an address and no phone number was linked either.

IP is residential from rebooting router each time, phone number from real EE sims, I'm creating a new chrome profile for each account in the same browser which has never been a problem in the past. Not using any anti detect or anti fingerprinting as never needed to.

The suspensions appear to be entirely random, the process I used was identical for each account and the bans appear randomly distributed.

Can anyone please help?

You are using only a new browser, not entire new desktop page, like username?

Yes only a new chrome profile in the same browser, I've never had issues doing it this way before.

Have you tried going all out and not cutting corners for convenience?
I know you know how to do it.

I think it's worth the try at this point.

I never deviated from the stealth guide for 15 years and no issues like some people have mentioned here.

I heard some are getting mc081 just upon creating the account.
I make new users on pc so I don’t get mc081(so you should try that) but I get those reactivates after 1st listing, don’t know how to bypass that and what is triggering AI.. def not ip, something in creation process but Im still trying to figure it out.. previous stealth methods are not working now that’s for sure.

For context I’ve made a brand new account at a new house I’m on the electro roll on, I’ve got 37 grand and 200 item limit out the gate and sold £1300 with zero issues.

Could be a standard ban for non electoral roll.

Maybe even companies house API for brand new business accounts.

The first thing I’m doing when I move house is moving electroll roll and opening a fresh account without my middle name and a new basic current account.

No it's around 5 minutes after account creation before conversion.

This is driving me mad, many hours of testing so far and all I can reliably say is that it's about the browser, the same creation method in a portable chrome on same OS works but creating a second profile on this portable version in chrome didn't work.

Generally you’d want to start entry into your account on a fresh aged iOS account through the eBay app like any normal human being and not weird private sketchy browsers.

Zero cookie history when they collect data from sharing data with enriched Google Adsense. This is 2025 now.

I am creating some cookies before accessing ebay. The accounts that are staying up had cookies from just 4 different sites within the last 20 minutes before finishing registration.

Yeah I’m finding greater success just grabbing a family members phone and registering with 37 grand 300 account limit and selling all their household nick nacks within the first month then flooding with all my highly profitable products on a 20% promotion with 20+ cloned listings dominating every search for my product.

I like old school stealth, but this is just too easy at this point.

I like to pretend to be a Facebook soccer mom.

You can find hundreds of these people at your local church who will happily pocket a grand a month to be your eBay mule.

You're obviously doing something wrong like using a browser. Just because something worked in the past defiantly does not mean it will continue to work, when you are using blurred lines to do stealth.

5 minutes after account creation means eBay has you 100% flagged.

I'm testing blurred lines because the usual standard ways aren't working anymore.

After many additional hours of testing it's 100% about the machine. I don't know why and anti detect doesn't seem to cover it up either but the same IP with the same method in the same time frame isn't causing any issues on other laptops on the same network. After a while the other machine gets flagged too and I can't make accounts on it, there's clearly some fingerprinting going on.

One of these happened to an account I created other day that had only the registration name match to another suspended account but all other info was different hmm

Accounts suspended due to matching details are always an MC999 and come through within hours. Fingerprint bans are within minutes.
I think all the of go slow build cookies etc has been replaced with simple but hard to beat fingerprinting. On a "new" machine I can make an account in less than 4 minutes and it has no issues.

This only happens to me when I do something wrong. If you're getting capchas or ebay security page before registering that is your hint to fix it.

Using a VPN will auto trigger this. Funny I used to have VPN for both eBay and Paypal. IP tracking will my biggest paranoia 2015-2019. Now I don't think about it, just have a static real ip.

When you try to manipulate IP, that is a major red flag for eBay, and they increase security to detect these things year over year.

I'm not doing anything wrong, I can repeat the exact process from blank profile on a new machine and it's fine each time, I don't get any captchas either.

I know it's fingerprinting, these issues have been known for a long time in other countries, the UK was lucky to avoid it for so long. Now I just have to test how long the fingerprint is flagged before I can reuse a machine. Can anyone advise on this?

Wow I just had an agent admit it on a test account I tried reinstating "we now simply link accounts with machines ID's"
