Will ebay ever let sellers use paypal again for making sales?

No,Adyen is here to stay.
I prefer Paypal ,but some sellers love to have their proceeds deposited in their bank accounts.
I think Etsy and Ebay are making money from us

Low chance, but you can withdraw from ebay to your PayPal usa generated direct deposit bank account. Works fine.

on established accounts adyen is better as paypal have a habit of randomly suspending people across the board

Paypal is already banned in my country as of 2016, Adyen is the best for me, but eBay's recent greed and inconsistent policies make me miss the days of Paypal.

Bank still has a better rate than PP in general - paypal is the worst - keep different currency wallets - if exchange absolutely needed then...yes sadly not much to do

I understand Canadian and Japanese post office offer the best rate if you need to buy a US$ POSTAL ORDER ,is it still so?
Bank of America allows you to buy/sell online using your own account,not every US bank has such feature .
