funds are still not released even after 190 days from ebay suspend

The representative told me that the funds would be released after 190 days
but on multiple accounts, the funds are still being held even after the 190-day period has passed. What should I do?

My account is suspended, so I can’t access live chat or make phone calls. Has anyone in this situation successfully had their funds released?

How did you speak to the representative before? You can reach out the same way.

190 days is not really 190 days in many cases - sometimes holidays or other delays cause funds to be held...

It usually depends why the account was suspended and what was being listed

It shouldn't have needed to take that long. I'm pretty sure on the two I had a few years ago it took 90 days. If you are suspended for nefarious reasons, they don't always release the funds.

I'm sorting this at the moment too with old accounts greater than 190 days.
You need to use the ebay chat bot and state you have a payment hold, then ask for an agent and arrange a call back to speak to the managed payments team. Ask them to contact the back office to manually release the funds. They should be paid on the next rolling quarter (first Tuesday of the next quarter).

how can i contact them? there is no way to contact ebay chat bot or call. as account suspend, ebay not offer me to contact.

Just do it from another account that isn't suspended

I'm pretty sure the country your account is registered plays much more a factor than anything else when it comes to this type of stuff.
