Big update regarding bank accounts on suspended accounts

For once ebay have changed something to benefit sellers.

Presumably from mounting legal cases ebay now allow suspended sellers to add / change the bank account information on suspended accounts 60 days after the suspension was placed. From then on you can contact managed payments to arrange a manual release of funds if they aren't paid by 190 days. They will be paid on the first Tuesday of the next quarter in line with the automatic payouts on unsuspended accounts.

I just updated my credit card on a suspended account from 2 years ago and withdrew my funds to the card

You were able to withdraw yourself? Usually the button is greyed out after suspension.
I see you're in the US maybe things are different, we can only withdraw to a bank.
