I need to get and operate a eBay Stealth account but does all this stuff still works.. I have been suspended .....I am happy to buy the Stealth Book and a stealth ebay account ... as long as get confirmsation this stuff still works !

Also recommendations for vendor .. I need to list in next several days ?? Not lots but say 2 or 3 items a day

ps also how do payments work?

ps I have a MC999 suspension after opening a new account .. may be related to an old accoun that had a debt shoudl I just clear that? although was from ages so may be too late?
