How to lift paypal limitations

Hi dear members my wife and me both was using our PayPal accounts from last 5 to 6 years and we used our paypal from last two years for only to transfer CREDIT CARD payments to each others to avoid credit cards transfer charges, it was very helpful actually to transfer payment from credit cards to paypal and then in bank free of cost. But now Paypal put PERMANENT LIMITATIONS on our both accounts our linked credit cards are also there, is there any solution to reinstate these accounts please ?? How can i remove those attached cards ?? Or how can i create new my account but new account is also need verification for increase sending limit and i don’t know how to do it

the attached cards will never be used on paypal again , the same applies to bank accounts

you can try buying paypal accounts on the marketplace but ideally such accounts should be developed with purchases first like buying low value items on ebay
